The block check pattern is one of the most popular Flathead uses,  it is an original fabric that combines a herringbone pattern within the block check pattern.
In order to create a combination of patterns with different compositions, they have made improvements to an old shuttle loom. Not only the pattern, but also the uneven texture created by the old shuttle loom, and the fabric itself easily absorbs air and has excellent heat retention.
